Carrier User Login
We are pleased to announce a new carrier (or dispatch) login feature to the portal. This new user type allows carriers to log in to the web portal to view and manage orders for assigned customers and more.
- View, edit, and create orders
- Update order status
- Upload delivery documents (BOL)
- View tank readings (where available / ask us about integrations)
- View customer credit status (where available)
- More to come
We are currently piloting this feature with select customers. If you are interested, let us know and we can enable it for you.
