Portal Support

At PDS Solutions, we take great pride in providing the best solutions and service the industry has to offer, and we are working on some awesome improvements on how we deliver support to you, our valued client.  

In the meantime, please be reminded our of current support requirements that will streamline the process and speed up your resolution time:  

  • Please send all support requests directly to support@petrodatasync.com. Sending issues directly to individuals often result in delayed resolution. This ensures the first available team member can address the issue quickly and reliably.
  • When there are multiple issues, please send a separate email for each issue. Combining multiple issues into a single email often results in confusion and delayed resolution.
  • When sending issues, please include a detailed explanation of the issue and at least one specific example (customer #, invoice #, etc). Screenshots are always very helpful. This helps our team to isolate the issue quickly for faster resolution.
Email is our primary and the best support channel. Phone support is available but should be reserved for urgent issues. As always, thank you for the being the best part of PDS Solutions!

PDS Solutions measured a whopping 85% participation rate, which is outstanding. Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey.  This gives us the confidence that the overall results are an accurate representation of our organization.

We are excited to announce that PDS Solutions has achieved SOC 2 Type II compliance! 

This achievement indicates that our handling and processing of customers’ data meets key security standards. The protection of customer data is the highest priority for our team and we’re committed to building a robust security & compliance program. We’re thrilled to celebrate this milestone as another way of building trust with our customers.

New Analytics Feature

PDS now has a fully integrated analytics feature accessible from the portal under the Tools menu. The analytics feature provides statistical information about your portal website for simplified viewing and useful data for your business.  Click the drop down on the filter for different date ranges and comparison.

TOOLS > ANALYTICS

This feature is being rolled out to customers gradually.  If you wish to access the analytics feature sooner, please submit a request to support@petrodatasync.com.

PDS Tank Monitoring

Did you know that PDS Solutions has a tank monitoring program for below and above-ground tanks? Our cellular tank monitoring equipment is easy to install and works with virtually every automatic tank gauge (ATG). 

With our cellular tank monitors, you can easily and reliably capture tank readings from any ATG and view them within the web portal and our mobile apps. In addition to tank readings, we can also capture various reports including delivery and environmental reports to help with your compliance needs.

In addition to our own tank monitoring services, we also offer integrations with several 3rd-party tank monitoring services so no matter where your tank readings are captured, we can integrate them within our platform to be conveniently accessed by your dispatch team, customers, and even your common carriers.
